We will work around your home with you and your family to make an assessment of your external areas around the home. We can make your experience outside your home safer and more manageable to your needs.
Our services include but are not limited to:
- Assess the drive ways, foot paths and access to your home. We can remove old concrete access to make new safer walk ways and increase accessibility.
- Landscaping can be done to create more access and make it safer. Removing any shrubs impeding in walkways and any trees/branches that may fall and cause injury or harm. We can redo the landscaping to make it easier to maintain and therefore enjoy your own special space to relax and enjoy.
- We can also take care of the external condition of the house. Whether it is cleaning or repair of guttering, cladding and brick work. Roof repairs and leaking roofs are a health and safety issue. We can repair or install a complete new roof.
- Yearly maintenance program available for our participants to be custom designed for your property. Carpet cleaning, window washing, gutter cleaning etc.
- Locksmith services, new locks and repairs. Automation locks for accessibility.
- Plumbing services, New taps, Leaking taps and showers, hot water service or replacement, drainage issues and unblocking
- Glazing repairs or replacement of windows and doors.
- Electrician, change light globes and extra lights for safety, external sensor lights.
- All works to current Australian Standards.
- NDIS Registered and approved Builder.
